I'm a social worker by training who spent 27 years in the Army National Guard.

The majority of my career was spent in the personal and professional development, organizational development, and team building arenas.

Now, I’m a life and leadership coach working to increase career and financial wellbeing. I help women better understand and apply their natural talents in their life and career and manage their personal and business budgets with more clarity and confidence.

I'm comfortable working face to face if you're in my neighborhood or virtually if you're not. I'll probably be drinking coffee either way.

I want to help women to feel safe, strong, and financially secure and free themselves from financial stress.  

I found YNAB later in life. It helped me with downsizing decisions so that I could live on my retirement income without having to work unless I wanted to do so.

It helped my widowed mother feel safe that she would be financially okay after my father died (I'm forever grateful to YNAB for her peace of mind!)
