With over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience, I have owned and operated six diverse businesses, including a retail sailboat supply store, worked as a real estate agent, managed a recruiting firm, and led an executive coaching practice since 1998. Additionally, I briefly stepped into a corporate role as the director of operations for a software development company, a position I held for four years.
