I've been an avid YNAB user for many years, have always loved math and numbers, and jumped at the opportunity to become a Certified YNAB Coach in 2022. I also have my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in disordered eating, and work as an Intuitive Eating Counselor in addition to YNAB coaching. YNAB changed my life. Sounds cliche, but it did! I have ADHD and this is the first finance software that clicked with my brain. That said, YNAB can feel complex and dense if you're not a numbers person or feel overwhelmed by your finances. I'm here to help you over the hump.
