I've worked in furniture, aviation, and food manufacturing for the past 14 years. As a self-starter, I honed my career in the data and analytics side of businesses and leveraged this experience on the corporate finance side, reporting to shareholders of a billion dollar corporation.
What I've come to learn is that it can be really hard for a business owner or executive to grasp the financial flows of their company, no matter how big or small. This lack of clarity hampers them from making sound business decisions.

My talent is making complex financial situations very clear. I start out tailoring financial educational material for each client to help them understand the basics of cashflow and profitability as they see it in their business. We then move into using amazing tools (like YNAB!) to manage cash, and other financial models to help understand profitability. Finally we work the system, build confidence, and make decisions with increased clarity.

I genuinely want to allow you, the business owner, to sleep better at night. The stress of financial uncertainty seeps into all areas of your life, from your decisions as the owner, to your family interactions. I want to provide you clarity around your financial situation so as to chart a course - of correction if things are bad, or of liftoff if you've been holding back. As one of my clients has said "Aaron, you've made me a better mother". It is for these reasons that I coach.
