This is going to start with a "back in my day" story - I started using YNAB back when it was a software you had to install on your computer, and I used to wake up early every morning to manually enter my transactions before school.  That’s because I saw firsthand the transformative power of what YNAB could do for myself and for others, and I soon became passionate about sharing YNAB with anyone would would listen (and even those who wouldn’t ;) ) My day job is in healthcare, and I also enjoy reading, cooking, and making Excel spreadsheets!

I really value a non-judgmental approach and have a genuine desire to help you take control of your finances. I understand that financial struggles can happen to anyone, and my mission is to empower you to overcome them. I know firsthand the freedom that comes from being in control of your money. As a debt-laden student, I started budgeting to turn my financial situation around. Before I knew it, YNAB had helped me pay off ALL my debt! I then started using my dollars to fund my passions and priorities: traveling, enjoying good food, and spending quality time with my family and pets. I am also interested in retiring early while not sacrificing quality of life in the meantime, which I jokingly call the “FIRE(lite)” movement.
